The Board of KSG AGRO is pleased to inform that KSGDnipro and Strong-Invest, the Group's key operating subsidiaries inUkraine, have both successfully registered issues of corporate bondswith Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission at theend of August.

The bonds are interest-bearing, ordinary, unsecuredcorporate bonds. The bonds are being offered to a number of privateinvestors, in two rounds: Series A bonds in September-October and SeriesB bonds in November-December of this year.

The bonds are issued in USD and UAH. The totalnominal value of bonds, in USD-equivalent, is around USD 6 million.

The issue of bonds would provide the Group withadditional financing for the purchase of new and replacementagricultural machinery for sowing grain crops,

the reconstruction and repairs at the pig farm, andthe purchase of additional productive swines.
