Subject: Fulfilment of the condition for the permitto conduct business activity in the Łódź Special Economic Zone

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company")informs that on 23 June 2020 it received an inspection protocolregarding the Company's fulfilment of the condition of permit No. 301 toconduct business activity in the Łódź Special Economic Zone ("Zone")regarding the maintenance of employment in the Zone at the level of atleast 100 employees in total in the period from 2 March 2017 to 1 March2020. Based on the performed inspection activities, it was found thatthe above condition was met.

The Company informed about obtaining the above permitNo. 301 in its current report No. 2/2017 of 3 January 2017; about thefulfillment of the previous condition of the permit - in its currentreport No. 29/2017 of 31 May 2017; and about a change in one of theconditions of the permit - in its current report No. 9/2020 of 7February 2020. The remaining conditions of the aforementioned permit No.301 to be met include: incurring investment expenditure in the Zone inthe amount of at least PLN 20 million by 30 June 2021 and completion ofthe investment by 31 December 2021.
