According to Article 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act -Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of2019, item 1798, as amended by Journal of Laws of 2020, item 875), TheManagement Board of Mabion SA (hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer", or"Company") hereby issue a summons to the shareholders of Mabion SAholding the Issuer's shares in the form of a document to submit theirshare documents in the Company in order to dematerialize the shares andregister them with the National Depository for Securities S.A.

Share documents should be submitted to the Issuer's registered office atul. gen. Mariana Langiewicza 60, 95-050 Konstantynów Łódzki, on eachbusiness days (from Monday to Friday) from 9:00 to 15:00. The sharedocuments submission will be acknowledged in writing for eachshareholder.

Pursuant to the legal environment as of the date of publication of thissummons, the binding effect of the share certificates issued by theIssuer shall expire by virtue of law on March 1, 2021.

This summons is the third of five required by the law to be published inthe form of a current report. Subsequent summons will be published bythe Company at a time interval of not more than one month and notshorter than two weeks each.
