("Company") hereby informs that itreceived a notification from the person discharging managerialresponsibilities in the Company, i.e. Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk -Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mabion S.A. on transactions made onthe Company's shares on March 3, 2021.
