Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that today itbecame aware that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.("WSE") adopted a resolution of April 14, 2021concerning the admissionand listing to exchange trading of the ordinary series U bearer sharesof the Company on the WSE Main Market.

The resolution contain, the WSE Management Board statement, thatpursuant to § 19 (1 -2) of the Stock Exchange Rules, 2,430,554 ordinarybearer series U shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

Simultaneously, the Management Board of WSE decided to admission toexchange trading on the main market of the above-mentioned the Company'sshares, provided that the National Depository Securities ("KDPW")register of these shares and mark them with the code "PLMBION00016" onApril 19, 2021. In addition, the WSE Management Board adopted aresolution concerning the last day of listing on the WSE Main Market forthe rights to ordinary series U bearer shares of the Company, wherein itset for April 16, 2021 the last listing date of 2,430,554 rights toseries U ordinary bearer shares of the Company., marked by KDPW with thecode "PLMBION00057".
