The Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that itreceived a notification from the person discharging managerialresponsibilities in the Company, i.e. Mr. Adam Pietruszkiewicz - Memberof the Management Board of Mabion S.A. on transactions made on theCompany's shares on July 5, 2021. The content of the notification isprovided by the Company in the attachment to this report.
