(the "Company") announces that onSeptember 12, 2025, Ms. Julita Balcerek, Member of the Management Boardfor Operations - Chief Operating Officer, resigned from her position asMember of the Management Board, effective immediately. The reasons forher resignation were not disclosed.

At the same time, the Company informs that Ms. Julita Balcerek remainsin the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Company.
