The Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("the Company") announces that ithas been informed that on June 25, 2026, the District Court forŁódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National CourtRegister, registered an amendment to § 6 of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, adopted by Resolution No. 20/VI/2026 of the Company'sOrdinary General Meeting held on June 15, 2026. The amendment referredto above is set forth in the attachment to this current report.

The consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association will beprovided in a separate current report after its approval by theCompany's Supervisory Board.
