Subject: Registration of the amendment to theStatutes of ManyDev Studio SE

The Board of ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;Company_quot;, "Issuer")informs that today, i.e. January 13, 2022. the Issuer has recieved theinformation that on 11 January 2022 the District Court for the CapitalCity of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National CourtRegister registered an amendment to the Company's Statutes, adopted byResolution No. 19 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated30 June 2021 on amending the Company's statutes and Resolution No. 21 ofthe Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 30 June 2021 onamending the Company's statutes adjusting the Company's statutes to theamendment of Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting ofthe Company dated 30 November 2020.

At the same time, the Company announces the contentof the amended provisions of the statutes:

§ 5 of the Company's statutes received a new wordingas follows:

§ Par. 7.3 of the Company's statutes shall have a newwording as follows:

_quot;Series H shares shall be subscribed for by thoseentitled under registered subscription warrants pursuant to ResolutionNo. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of November30, 2020, as amended by Resolution No. 20 of the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company of June 30, 2021._quot;
