Article 56 (1) point 2 of the Act on Offering - current andperiodical information

Content of the report:

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the _quot;Company_quot;) herebycorrects current report No. 6/2022 published in the ESPI system on 17February 2022, enclosing the contents of draft resolutions adopted atthe Extraordinary General Meeting of 17 February 2022. The ManagementBoard of the Company decided to correct the above mentioned report, dueto mistakenly attaching the above mentioned draft resolutions to thecurrent report number 7/2022.

Below the Issuer provides again the content of the corrected report:

"The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the _quot;Company_quot;) herebydiscloses the contents of the resolutions passed by the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company held on 17 February 2022.

The contents of all resolutions put to vote together with the outcome ofvoting are attached to this current report.

§ 19 (1) point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state."
