Receipt of theresignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Board of ManyDevStudio SE (hereinafter referred to as: _quot;Company_quot;) informs that today,i.e. September 30th, 2022, the Company has received from aSupervisory Board member, Mr. Bartłomiej Kurylak, a declaration ofresignation from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company.

According to theresignation, it was submitted in connection with assuming by Mr.Bartłomiej Kurylak other professional duties that prevent him fromperforming the responsible function of a member of the Supervisory Boardof theCompany.
