Thecorrection results from the fact that due to a typographical errorconsisting in omitting the following provision: _quot;provision of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority (_quot;PFSA_quot;) of January 30, 2023, regardingthe finding of a failure to meet the deadline for submitting anapplication for reconsideration of the case concluded with anadministrative decision issued by the KNF on August 26, 2022, referencenumber DPS-DPSZPO.456.9. 2022.MGB, imposing fines on the Company in theamount of PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 1,300,000. The decision of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority is final and may be appealed against inthe form of a complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court." thecorrect content of the above was not published. therefore, the correctcontent of the report reads as follows:

_quot;With reference to current reports No. 18/2022, 10/2022 and 21/2022, theManagement Board of ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs thatyesterday, i.e. on February 6, 2023, the following was delivered:

? decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (_quot;PFSA_quot;) ofJanuary 30, 2023 regarding the refusal to restore the deadline forsubmitting an application for reconsideration of the case ended with anadministrative decision issued by the KNF on August 26, 2022, ref. no.DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB, imposing fines on the Company in the amountof PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 1,300,000.

The decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is final andmay be appealed against in the form of a complaint to the ProvincialAdministrative Court,
