Subject Submission of complaints to the Provincial Administrative Court

With reference to current reports No. 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022 and2/2023, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that today, March 8, 2023, the Company submitted to theProvincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, complaints against:

- decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30,2023, reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP on refusal to restorethe deadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of thecase ended with an administrative decision issued by the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022 on ref.DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB, and;

- decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30,2023, reference number: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP, on finding that thedeadline for submitting an application for reconsideration of the caseended with an administrative decision issued by the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority on August 26, 2022 on ref.DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB.
