Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodicinformation

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;the Company_quot;) informs aboutthe change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2022, thepublication of which, according to the information contained in thecurrent report No. 1/2023 dated 11 January 2023, was to take place on 20April 2023.

The annual report for 2022 will be made public on 27 April 2023.

Other dates of publication of periodic reports remain unchanged.
