Receipt of the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany

The Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as: _quot;Company_quot;)informs that today, i.e. May 25th, 2023, the Company has received from aSupervisory Board member, Mr. Robert Pakla, a declaration of resignationfrom the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Companyeffective at the end of May 29, 2023.

According to the statement, the reason for the resignation is apotential conflict of interest in the context of further professionalactivity, which makes it impossible to perform the responsible functionof a member of the Supervisory Board.
