The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. based in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;),hereby informs that on November 28, 2023, the Company's SupervisoryBoard adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Robert Szmitkowski to theCompany's Management Board, entrusting him with the function ofPresident of the Management Board.

Mr. Robert Szmitkowski is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors kept pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the NationalCourt Register and, according to the declaration, he does not conductany activity competitive to ManyDev Studio SE, he is not a partner in acompany competitive to the Company, nor a member of a governing body ofa competitive capital company. , or any other legal entity competitiveto the Issuer.

The professional biography, containing a description of the President ofthe Management Board's education, qualifications and previously heldpositions, together with a description of his professional career, is anattachment to this report.
