The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that today, i.e. January 25th, 2024, theCompany received from the member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. PawełFilipek, declaration of resignation from the position of member of theCompany's Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee.

According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
