Subject Notification of the issuance of judgments by the ProvincialAdministrative Court

With reference to current reports no.: 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022, 2/2023and 4/2023, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that on February 2, 2024, the Company became aware of thefollowing invalid judgments were issued by the Provincial AdministrativeCourt in Warsaw:

- judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January31, 2024 in case no. VI SA/Wa 3324/23 repealing the decision of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023 (referencenumber: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) contested by the Company regardingthe refusal to restore the deadline for submitting an application forreconsideration of a case ended with an administrative decision issuedby the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022, ref.no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB; and;

- judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January31, 2024 in case no. VI SA/Wa 3325/23 repealing the decision of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority of January 30, 2023 (referencenumber: DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) contested by the Company regardingthe failure to comply with the deadline for filing an appeal (submittingan application for consideration of the case concluded with anadministrative decision issued by the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority on August 26, 2022, ref. no. DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB).
