Conclusion of agreements on the transfer of copyrights to games

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby informs that yesterday, i.e. March26th, 2024, the Company concluded (as the seller) with Madnetic GamesS.A. (as a buyer) the following three agreements on the transfer ofeconomic copyrights to games:

1) An agreement the subject of which is the transfer of economiccopyrights to a work in the form of Milestones (stages of the createdwork) of the computer game _quot;Sword_amp;Shield Simulator_quot;, to the extent thatthe computer game is established as at the date of conclusion of theagreement, in the fields of exploitation indicated in the agreement,granting permission to exercise derivative copyrights and undertake notto exercise moral copyrights - for the seller's remuneration in theamount of 20% of the net profit from the future computer game_quot;Sword_amp;Shield Simulator_quot;.

2) The Agreement, the subject of which is the transfer of economiccopyrights to the work in the form of Milestones (stages of the createdwork) of the computer game _quot;Corsair's Madness_quot;, collected by the seller,on the date of conclusion of the Agreement, by the person indicated inthe content of the Agreement, in the fields indicated in the Agreementexploitation, granting permission to exercise derivative copyrights andundertaking not to exercise moral copyrights - for the seller'sremuneration in the amount of 20% of the net profit from the futurecomputer game _quot;Corsair's Madness_quot;.

3) An agreement the subject of which is the transfer of economiccopyrights to a work in the form of Milestones (stages of the createdwork) of the computer game _quot;My Museum_quot;, to the extent that the computergame is fixed as at the date of conclusion of the agreement, in thefields of exploitation indicated in the agreement, granting permissionto exercising derivative copyrights and undertaking not to exercisemoral copyrights - for remuneration specified as follows: the Frenchcompany Plug In Digital (_quot;Publisher_quot;), which is the publisher of theabove-mentioned game, is entitled to remuneration in the amount of 70%of the net profit from the computer game _quot;My Museum_quot; until the gameproduction costs specified in the publishing agreement are reimbursed,while the Buyer, taking into account the transfer of rights andobligations arising from the Assignment Agreement - about which theCompany informed in the report current no. 10/2024 of March 15, 2024 -is entitled to 30% of the net profit from the above-mentioned duringthis period. games. However, after the reimbursement of the productioncosts of the above-mentioned game, the Publisher will be entitled toremuneration in the amount of 35% of the net profit from theabove-mentioned. game, while the Buyer will be entitled to 65% of thenet profit from the game. Until the cost of production of the game isrefunded, the Buyer, by virtue of the transfer of proprietary copyrightsand other regulations and obligations included in the agreement, will beobliged to pay the Company 10% of the net profit from the game, andafter the reimbursement of the game costs, 20% of the net profit; inboth cases, the funds paid to the Company will come from the fundsallocated to the Buyer from the Publisher.
