ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;),with reference to current report No. 1/2024 of January 11, 2024 andcurrent report 24/2024 of April 10, 2024, hereby informs about thechange of the date of publication of the annual report for 2023, whichwas to be published on April 29, 2024.

The annual report for 2023 will be made public on April 26, 2024.

§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
