Subject Information about making an impairment loss

The Management Board of Manydev Studio SE with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) informs thaton April 24, 2024 made the final decision as to the amount of thewrite-down made on the value of the games produced, which is related tothe loss of value of the Issuer's assets.

The impairment loss covers the following projects for which the Issuer'sManagement Board does not rule out a return to production in the future:

- My Museum (deduction in the amount of PLN 160,158.88),

- Parasight (write-off in the amount of PLN 49,280.00),

- Illusion Lands (write-off in the amount of PLN 236,184.67),

- Corsairs Madness (write-off in the amount of PLN 1,985.95),

- Sword_amp;Shield (write-off in the amount of PLN 284,984.96).

The total value of the write-off, i.e. PLN 732.594,46, will be includedin the Company's separate financial statements for 2023 in the item_quot;Other operating costs_quot;, and thus will affect the amount of the reportedfinancial result and the value of inventories. This write-off is anaccounting operation that does not affect financial flows or cash.Making the above-mentioned write-offs have no impact on the Company'scurrent financial liquidity.

Making write-offs is motivated by the transparency of activities towardsthe Company's Shareholders. Detailed information on how to disclose theabove. write-offs will be presented, in accordance with the accountingprinciples applicable to the Issuer, in the annual report beingprepared, which will be published on April 29, 2024.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above informationdue to the fact that it may have a significant impact on the Issuer'sfinancial and property situation and a potentially significant impact onthe valuation of the Company's listed shares.
