Consent of Polish Financial Supervision Authority to include funds fromsubordinated loan in Tier II instruments.

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank"), in reference to the currentreport no. 10/2018 dated 21 March 2018, hereby informs that on 29 March2018 Polish Financial Supervision Authority gave consent for qualifyingfunds from subordinated loan in the amount of CHF 250 million (in words:two hundred fifty million Swiss francs) as instrument in the Bank's TierII capital. The amount of CHF 250 million is the equivalent of PLN 893.2million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank ofPoland as of 29 March 2018.
