Information regarding the settlement on the termination of theCooperation Agreement between mBank S.A. and Orange Polska S.A.

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("the Bank") announces that on18.06.2018 the Bank concluded a settlement with Orange Polska S.A. onterminating the Cooperation Agreement concerning the Orange FinanseProject signed on 19 March 2014, which the Bank announced in currentreport no. 20/2014 dated 19 March 2014, the termination will take effecton 31 December 2018.
