Completion of the liquidation of the subsidiary mFinance France SA

In reference to the current report No. 64/2020 of October 13, 2020, theManagement Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw("Bank") informs that on April 22, 2021, the Ordinary GeneralShareholders' Meeting of the subsidiary mFinance France SA (the"Subsidiary"), in which the Bank holds directly and via its subsidiarymInvestment Banking S.A. 100% of shares and 100 % of votes in the sharecapital, decided to end the liquidation of the Subsidiary on April 22,2021 and thus to submit an application for the removal of the Subsidiaryfrom the French register of enterprises.
