Costs of legal riskrelated to foreign currency loans

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that in connectionwith the decision taken by the Bank on July 20, 2021, the costs of legalrisk related to foreign currency loans in CHF recognized in Q2 2021,amounted to PLN 248.4 million. The increase of the impact of the legalrisk in the second quarter of 2021 resulted mostly from the change inthe forecast population of borrowers who, according to the Bank'sassumptions, will file a lawsuit against the Bank.

At the same time, the Bank informs that the net result recorded by mBankGroup in Q2 2021 was positive.
