The Management Board of mBank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) announces a list ofshareholders of the Bank holding at least 5% of votes at the XXXVOrdinary General Meeting of the Bank (_quot;OGM_quot;) on 31 March 2022,stipulating the number of votes to which each of the shareholders isentitled under the shares held as well as their percentage share in thenumber of votes at the OGM and in the total voting power.
