The Management Boardof mBank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on March 26, 2024, at the request ofa shareholder, it provided the following information about the companyoutside the general meeting:

In the financialstatements of the Bank, the consolidated financial statements of mBankGroup and the Management Board's report on the activities of mBank Groupfor 2023, the Bank did not take into account the lawsuit brought by ashareholder requesting information. In the Bank's opinion, the risk ofthe Bank losing the lawsuit brought by a shareholder is negligible (lessthan 5%) and for this reason the proceedings are not treated by the Bankas significant. For the above reasons, the Bank did not create aprovision for the legal risk related to this case and did not includeinformation on the ongoing proceedings in the financial statements for2023 or for previous years (i.e. 2021 and 2022), as well as in theManagement Board's report on the Group's activities. mBank for 2023 and2021 and 2022.
