TheManagement Board of mBank S.A. announces that on27March 2024, the XXXVII Ordinary General Meeting of mBank S.A. adopted:

-_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;-_#160;aresolution on the division of the undivided profit from previous years.Theundivided profit from previous years, amounting to PLN 1 401_#160;756971.49is left undivided.

Theseresolutions do not provide for dividend payment.
