Recommendation of candidate Krzysztof Bratos for Vice-President forRetail Banking of mBank S.A.

The Management Board of mBank S.A. informs that on June 5, 2024, theRemuneration and Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board of mBankS.A. recommended to the Supervisory Board the election of Mr. KrzysztofBratos as a candidate for the position of Vice-President of theManagement Board for Retail Banking of mBank S.A. in place of Mr. CezaryKocik, conditionally appointed to the position of President of theManagement Board.

Krzysztof Bratos has over 18 years of banking experience gatheredthrough various global institutions. He joined mBank in 2015 and since2021 he has been Managing Director responsible for Private Banking,Wealth Management and Brokerage Bureau.
