The ManagementBoard of mBank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on July 24th2024_#160;the Bank_#160;decided to update the "Capital management strategy ofmBank Group". It assumes_#160;that_#160;no dividend will be paid out_#160;from theprofit earned by the mBank S.A. in 2024.TheManagement Board presented the respective resolution to the SupervisoryBoard for approval.mBankplans to use the retained capital for_#160;growth of loan volumes, whilemaintaining_#160;capital buffers above regulatory requirements and in linewith the Bank's strategy.
