Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board from his function

The Management Board of mBank S.A. (the Bank) hereby announces that on 2July 2025 Mirosław Godlewski resigned from the position of member of theSupervisory Board of the Bank, effective at the end of 17 September 2025.

The reasons for the resignation were not stated.
