With reference to the current report dated 18 June 2026 regarding theadmission to trading of 5,500 mBank S.A. ("Bank") shares, the Bank'sManagement Board announces that on 19 June 2026, the Management Board ofthe National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A., "KDPW") resolved to carry out, on 26 June 2026, theassimilation of 5,500 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, created as aresult of the conversion on 26 June 2026 of 5,500 registered ordinaryshares of the Bank designated with code PLBRE0000020, with 42.536.865ordinary bearer shares designated with code PLBRE0000012.

The shares subject to assimilation will be assigned the codePLBRE0000012.

As of 19 June 2026:

1. 42 542 365 Bank shares are designated with code PLBRE0000012,

2. 5,500 Bank shares are designated with code PLBRE0000020.
