Costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that in connectionwith the decision taken on June 30, 2026 by the Bank, the costs of legalrisk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies recognized in Q22026, amounted to PLN 115,5 million. These costs result from the updateof model parameters.

The final value of costs of legal risk related to loans indexed toforeign currencies in Q2 2026 will be disclosed in the ConsolidatedFinancial Report for the first half of 2026 due to be announced on July29, 2026.
