The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the _quot;Company_quot;) informs, pursuant to Article 19 (3) of theRegulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of theCouncil of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) andrepealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC (the "MAR Regulation"), that on June 7, 2024,the Company received from a person discharging managerialresponsibilities within the meaning of the MAR Regulation: Mr. MichałWnorowski - Vice Charman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, anotificationof transactionsin the Company's shares, as referred to in Article 19 (1) of the MARRegulation.
