TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., based in Warsaw (the"Company"), in reference to the Company's current report No. 19/2024dated September 13, 2024, hereby announces that it has receivedinformation regarding the issuance of Statement No. 912/2024 by theNational Depository for Securities (KDPW) on September 17, 2024,regarding the assimilation of the Company's Series J ordinary bearershares (the "Statement").

Accordingto the Statement, KDPW decided to assimilate 1,194,331 Series J ordinarybearer shares of the Company, identified by the code PLMDCLG00056("Shares"), with the Company's shares traded on the stock exchange,identified by the code PLMDCLG00015. The assimilation date in the KDPWdepository system is set for September 20, 2024.

Asa result, the suspensive condition for the introduction of the Shares totrading, as mentioned in the Company's current report No. 19/2024, willbe fulfilled on September 20, 2024, and on that date, the Shares will beintroduced to trading on the main market.
