TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the"Company"), hereby announces the schedule for the publication ofperiodic reports in 2025:_#160;

1.Standalone Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2023 - April30, 2025._#160;

2.Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q1 2025 - May 30, 2025._#160;

3.Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 2025 - September 30, 2025._#160;

4.Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q3 2025 - November 28, 2025._#160;

TheManagement Board also declares that, pursuant to § 62(1) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current andperiodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by thelaws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (the"Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate standalonequarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterlyfinancial information containing the details specified in § 66(1-4), thefirst sentence of § 66(5), and § 66(9) of the Regulation._#160;

Furthermore,the Management Board informs that the Company will not publishconsolidated quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 of the financial year, inaccordance with § 79(2) of the Regulation. Additionally, the Companywill not publish a separate standalone semi-annual report pursuant to §62(3) of the Regulation._#160;
