The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., withits registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), herebyinforms that on July 17, 2025, the Company received a response from thePolish Agency for Enterprise Development ("PARP"), actingas the Intermediate Body for the European Funds for a Modern EconomyProgramme, regarding the resolution of the protest against the negativeevaluation of the application for project co-financing under themeasure: SMART Path, within the call: FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24. Theproject titled: Kardiobeat.CT - an innovative diagnostic tool forautomatic detection of atherosclerotic plaques, has a total value of PLN19,072,879.00.

In its response, PARP informs the Company, pursuantto Article 69(1) of the Act of April 28, 2022 on the rules for theimplementation of financial tasks from European funds for the 2021-2027financial perspective (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1079), that followingthe appeal procedure related to the protest submitted on May 9, 2025,under call no. FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24, against the negative evaluationof the project funding application,the Company's protest has beenupheld. PARP further informs that, as a result of the protest beingupheld, the Intermediate Body of the European Funds for a Modern EconomyProgramme will update the list of projects selected for co-financing.

The letter received constitutes formalconfirmation of the award of funding for the implementation of theproject.In accordance with standardprocedures, the disbursement of funds will be possible after theconclusion of a co-financing agreement between the Company and PARP. TheCompany is awaiting a request from PARP to submit the necessarydocuments prior to signing the co-financing agreement, which is a formalprerequisite for the award and disbursement of the funds.

The total amount of funding awarded for the projectis PLN 9,415,712.50.

Project implementation period: June 1, 2025 -December 31, 2028.
