The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs thattoday it received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalnePZU S.A. (PTE PZU S.A.) acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz EmerytalnyPZU "Złota Jesień" (OFE PZU) and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU (DFEPZU) on a change in the share of votes at the Company's General Meetingheld by pension funds managed by PTE PZU SA., dated 30 July 2025 asattached to this current report.

In the contentof the received notification, it was indicated that PTE PZU S.A. submitsthe overdue notification:

"As a result ofthe conclusion on 12 August 2021 by DFE PZU of a transaction to sell25,000 shares of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the Company) (settled on 16August 2021), OFE PZU and DFE PZU reduced their share by at least 2% ofthe total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting."
