TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that today it hasreceived notifications of a reduction in the threshold of 5% of thetotal number of votes at the Company's general meeting by the followingentities:

1)INC Private EquityASI S.A. - directly,

2)INC S.A. (parententity) - indirectly.
