The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that today it hasreceived notifications of exceeding the threshold of 20% of the totalnumber of votes at the General Meeting of the Company by INC PrivateEquity ASI S.A. (directly) and by INC S.A. (indirectly).

The content of the notifications received regarding the exceeding of thethreshold in the total number of votes in the Company is provided by theCompany in the attachment to this current report.
