The Meeting shall commence at11:00 a.m. and will be held at the Medical Simulation Center of theMedical University of Warsaw, located at ul. Pawińskiego 3a, 02-106Warsaw, Poland.

Furthermore,attached to this current report, the Company hereby makes publiclyavailable the Notice of Convening the Annual General Meeting of theCompany, the draft resolutions to be considered by the Annual GeneralMeeting, as well as other documents intended to be presented to theAnnual General Meeting.
