BFFPolskaS.A. Management Board hereby informs thaton29 June 2018 the Company was given aninformationabout signing of the credit agreement with mBank S.A. located in Warsawdated 28 June 2018. The Bank granted the Company revolving credit in theamount of PLN 75,000 thousand, which is available till 30 June 2020.Thecredit is aimed at financing of the Company's current operations. Theinterest rate of the credit was calculated based on 1M WIBOR + thebank's margin. Other conditions of the agreement do not differ from themarket standards used in this type of contracts.

Atthe same time the Company'sManagementBoard hereby informs about signing of the annex to the credit agreementdated 6 September 2007 (changed by subsequent annexes). The annex isdated 28 June 2018. Under the annex the date of availability of theoverdraft facility for the amount of PLN 75 million was changed to 29June 2020. Other significant conditions of the agreement were notchanged.
