BFF Polska S.A. Management Board hereby informs that on 7 November 2018the credit limit for the amount of PLN 105,000 thousand granted to theCompany according to the Multiborrower Credit Agreement signed betweenBanca Farmafactoring S.p.A. and Bayerische Landesbank on 5 November 2018was launched. The launched credit limit is available until 4 May 2020.

The credit limit is aimed at financing of current operations of theCompany and its interest rate was calculated based on 3M WIBOR + thebank's margin. Other conditions of the agreement do not differ from themarket standards used in this type of contracts.
