The Management Board of Proguns Group S. A., Based in Warsaw (theIssuer), announces that of March 6, 2025, the Issuer's subsidiary,Proguns Sp z O. O., entered into a sales representative contractagreement for weaponry with High Ground Defence, headquarter in thestate of Arizona (USA). Under this agreement, Proguns Sp z O. O. willoffer High Ground Defence's weapon systems in Poland. The agreement hasbeen concluded for a period of one year.High Ground Defence is amanufacturer of advanced weapon systems, primarily based onGatling-style powered firearms, which form the core armament of variousmilitary platforms such as armored vehicles, helicopters, aircraft andnaval vessels. High Groud Defence products are dedicated toinstitutional clients, including the military, police and otheruniformed services. The trade of High Ground Defence products requiresthe appropriate licence. The Issuer reminds that Proguns Sp z O. O.holds such a license, namely licence no. B-072/2021, for conductingbusiness activites related to the trade of explosives, firearms,ammunition as well as military and police - designated products andtechnology, issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs andAdministration.The Issuer explains that the conclusion of thisagreement and expansion of the Issuer's Capital Group's portfolio withweaponary produced by High Ground Defence demonstrate the Group'sability to supply military-grade products exclusively for the armedforces and uniformed services. In the Issuer's opinion this highlightscredibility of the Issuer's Capital Group in the eyes of suppliers andpartners, while also up additional revense oportumnities for the group
