The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces the cancellation of theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for May 6, 2025.

The reason for the cancellation of the General Meeting is that thematters included in the agenda of the said Extraordinary General Meetinghave been incorporated into the agenda of the Annual General Meeting ofthe Company, convened for May 15, 2025.
