Pursuant to art. 5, clause 1, item 21 of the Decree of the Minister ofFinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationdisclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognitionof information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalentinformation (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33, item 259, with amendments),the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A.("Company") informs aboutresignation of a supervising person.

On June 28, 2016 the Company received the resignation of Ms.Marie-Christine Lambert from her position as Member of the SupervisoryBoard of Orange Polska S.A. with effect on June 30, 2016.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Maciej Witucki, and thePresident of the Management Board, Mr Jean- François Fallacher,expressed their gratitude for Ms Marie-Christine Lambert's more thanseven years as member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board."Ms Lambert's commitment and contribution to the works of theSupervisory Board, and more broadly, to the operations of all theCompany in line with the highest standards of corporate governance, wasimmense throughout all those years and we are very grateful," stated MrWitucki.
