Ms. Bożena Leśniewska and Ms. Jolanta Dudek reappointed for new terms ofoffice to the Orange Polska Management Board

On February 7, 2018: the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska reappointedMs.Bożena Leśniewska and Ms. Jolanta Dudek for the next terms of officeas members of the Management Board. The renewals were made before theexpiration of the current terms of office. The new terms of office starton the day of the next Annual General Meeting that will accept thefinancial statements of Orange Polska for 2017, for a period of threeyears. Ms. Bożena Leśniewska is the Vice-President of the ManagementBoard in charge of Business Market and Ms. Jolanta Dudek is the BoardMember in charge of Customer Care and Customers Excellence.

Ms. Bożena Leśniewska (born in 1965); Since January 2017 Vice-Presidentof the Management Board in charge of Business Market Orange Polska. Forover 20 years related to the telecommunications sector. She wasperforming the management functions in Polkomtel S.A., PTK Centertel Sp.z o.o. and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. She joined Orange Polska team in2006 as Deputy Director of Sales for Business Market. One year later shebecame Business Market Sales Director. Since 2008 she has worked asDirector in charge of Business Market and later as Sales Director inboth PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o. and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. In 2013,she became Executive Director in charge of Sales Orange Polska and twoyears later she was appointed a Member of Management Board in charge ofSales and Commercial Digitisation. She graduated in Philology at theJagiellonian University, Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, theAcademy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of TechnologyBusiness School and the Open Academy of Mentoring. She is the Member ofthe Board of Supervisors of Orange Retail S.A., she participates in theactivities of Programme Council of Polish National Sales Awards.Moreover, Bożena Leśniewska is a member of the European Network forWomen in Leadership, THINKTANK Board of Experts and "Breakthrough"Mentors Association. She was the finalist of Women In Sales Awards 2014in category Best Woman Sales Director and the finalist of the 7thedition of Business Woman of the Year competition. In 2016, she wasrecognised by the Institute of Innovative Economy as one of 10 mostinfluential women in Polish institutions operating in the field of IT.Accordingto her statement, Ms. Bożena Leśniewska is not engaged in any activitiescompetitive to the business of Orange Polska and is not a partner in anypartnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a memberof a governing body of any incorporated company or any other legalentity which would be competitive to Orange Polska. Ms. BożenaLeśniewska is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Ms. Jolanta Dudek (born in 1964); Since 2015 member of the ManagementBoard in charge of Customer Service Strategy and Customer Relations.Since November 2013, until incorporation area Customer Service 2016 intostructure OPL served as CEO of Orange Customer Service. She began hercareer in telecommunication industry in 2000 in PTK Centertel holdingmanagerial positions related to Individual Customers Care and takingpart in the development of the "Idea" mobile network customer service.Between 2004 and 2010 she served as Director of Business Clients Serviceat Orange. In October 2010 she was appointed Director of Mobile BusinessClient Service in Orange Customer Service and PTK Centertel. She wasresponsible for the strategy, transformation and operational launch ofcomplex customer care for B2B clients of TP Group in the terms ofprocesses and operational models in a wide range of mobile, fixed andInternet telephony. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Philology at theUniversity of Silesia and postgraduate studies in European EconomyManagement with a diploma from French Ecole des Hautes EtudesCommerciales (HEC), Jouy-en-Josas and Warsaw School of Economics. She isalso a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Academy of LeadershipPsychology of Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She isalso experienced Lead Auditor of Quality Management System ISO 2002(BSI) and Global Contact Center Excellence (COPCR®) Coordinator. In 2015she graduated from School of Mentors at the Warsaw University ofTechnology Business School.According to her statement, Ms. JolantaDudek is not engaged in any activities competitive to the business ofOrange Polska and is not a partner in any partnership under civil law oranother type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of anyincorporated company or any other legal entity which would becompetitive to Orange Polska. Ms. Jolanta Dudek is not listed in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National CourtRegister Act.
