Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, The Management Board of OrangePolska S.A. ("Orange Polska", " The Company") hereby announces thatOrange Polska and Orange Brand Services Limited together with OrangeS.A. reached the agreement to renew the existing agreement for the useof the Orange brand by Orange Polska for the period from 24th of July2018 to 31st of December 2019 with no changes to the financial terms andconditions of the agreement.

On 18 July 2018 the licence agreement has received a positive opinion ofthe Orange Polska's Supervisory Board (adopted by Independent Members)and has been independently reviewed by PwC, which has confirmed thefairness of the agreement to the Company.
