Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation(EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealingDirective 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council andCommission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, TheManagement Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") herebyannounces that on 25 July 2018 the Court of Justice of the EuropeanUnion issued the verdict regarding the fine that the European Commissionimposed on Orange Polska. The Court dismissed Orange Polska's appealfrom the decision of the General Court and maintained the fine in theoriginal amount of EUR 127.6m. The verdict is final and Orange Polskawill pay the fine increased by interest amounting to EUR 23.7m as at 30June 2018.
