Pursuant to Art. 19 clause 3 of the Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Management Board of OrangePolska S.A. informs about receiving from a person discharging managerialresponsibilities a notification of transaction related to financialinstruments of Orange Polska S.A.

On 17 September 2019, Mr. Maciej Witucki - Chairman of the Orange PolskaS.A. Supervisory Board, sold 4000 shares of Orange Polska S.A. (ordinarysession - regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange). The price perone share was PLN 5.81.
